We started out in 1980 as a company that designed Dos programs.
With time we redesigned our programs into Windows based programs and per demand from our customers we then started redsigning those into Web Based / Mobile based systems. Part of our evolvement then also included Web Design.
We partnered with Afrihost in 2000 as a reseller of hosting services as a natural outcome of our evolving process.
Our Web Based Systems are designed per customer choice in either Linux or Microsoft based systems.
It did not take us long to understand the importance of delivering good quality services as well as best design practices to satisfy the needs of our customers.
We took on the policy of rather visiting our customers so that we can meet everybody involved with the software that we need to design and so that we can get the "feel" of the company and its values. With this in mind and due to technology available today, we decided against having a fixed office.
We are available on our cell phones, SMS, Whatsup and via email to our customers, but we do prefer SMS, email or a whatsup message. This way we can ensure that we can provide the best of service besides the additional ability to read the message again to ensure that all requirements were satisfied. Besides, their can be no dispute on either side about what a written message said.
With regards to problem fixing, we acknowledge that sometimes a gremlin do find their way into our systems and therefore we have a policy of ensuring to get you back on track as soon as possible. We try our very best for a same day solution but it depends on what went wrong and what fixes needs to be done to the data and how big the problem is.
